Spaces are large and you don't feel crammed in. Wi fi is almost non-existent, but wasn't a big deal for us. Plenty room to back in and th spots are fairly level. Well maintained grounds and landscaping. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back.

The staff are friendly. The facilities are clean and up to date. The sites are spacious. It is a bit of a drive down to Pigeon Forge for dinner theatre and Dollywood but, it is close to Townsend and the Cades Cove loop in the Smokeys. It is also close to the Laurel falls hike.
This is an incredible RV Park. I love the mountain views. It offers great lots, outdoor pool, showers, laundry room, workout facility, clubhouse, general store and the staff is wonderful. It offers nightly prices, as well as monthly. The location is in the heart of Wears Valley, just outside of downtown Pigeon Forge. If you love to fish, swim or just enjoy the beautiful scenery, this is the RV Park to stay at.
Nice, quiet, really great staff. While we were away from our coach the water filter housing broke. Staff turned off water and water heater prevent any other damage. Suggested location for parts ( they were out of the part we needed). We stayed on a premium pad and it was great. Wear Valley road is curvy but is really smooth. GPS directions right on! Wi-Fi is there but really slow.
